Content Writer
We’re looking for a Content Writer who understands brands, internet culture, and what makes people actually stop scrolling.
This role goes beyond writing captions. You’ll be working on campaign ideas, social media scripts, ad copies, brand communication, concepts, and content strategies across different brands and industries.
We’re looking for someone who can take a simple brief and turn it into an idea that feels sharp, relevant, entertaining, and on-brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Writing scripts for Instagram Reels, digital ads, branded content and social campaigns
- Developing content ideas, hooks, concepts and recurring formats
- Writing captions, ad copy, website copy and other brand communication when required
- Understanding different brand voices and switching tones effortlessly
- Researching trends, cultural moments, competitors and audience behaviour
- Brainstorming with strategists, designers, creators and the production team
- Turning briefs into content that is both creative and strategically relevant
- Reviewing content and refining copy until it feels right, not just “good enough”
Who we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely enjoys writing and coming up with ideas
- Strong command over English; Hindi/Hinglish is a big plus
- A strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, memes, trends and digital culture
- Someone who can write short, punchy copy as well as longer-form storytelling
- Ability to understand why a piece of content works, not just whether it looks good
- Comfortable working across very different categories and brand personalities
- Open to feedback, quick with iterations and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Agency or social media experience is preferred, but a strong portfolio matters more

Experience
1–3 years preferred
