WHAT GVC IS
A community where teenagers aged 11 to 17 build and run something real before 18. A live commercial store run by students. Squads that stay together all year. Mentors who are professionals and alumni of Harvard, MIT, Stanford and IIT.* Real ventures as the classroom, not the field trip.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The enrollment machine end to end: pipeline, parent conversations, follow ups, closures
- The revenue number itself, reviewed with the founder every evening
- Systems, not jugaad: documented processes in Airtable and WhatsApp that outlive any one person
- A seat inside every strategic room: pricing, fundraise preparation, expansion decisions
YOUR FIRST NINETY DAYS
- Learn the product by sitting in live sessions and parent calls
- Take ownership of the warm pipeline and run it daily
- Ship one system improvement the company keeps forever
WHO YOU ARE
- Tier one education: IIT, IIM, BITS, SRCC, ISB or equivalent. Not for the logo, for the proof you clear high bars when it matters
- Hungry in a way a logo cannot fake: you have built, sold, shipped or fixed something nobody asked you to
- Early in your career, with a story that shows ownership
- Clear writer, warm on the phone, ruthless with follow ups
WHAT YOU GET

THE HONEST PART
