Role Description The Founder's Office – Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports the founder in managing and improving core operational processes, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and service delivery tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing operational data, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying efficiency gaps. The role involves coordinating across teams such as customer support, field operations, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. The position also includes ownership of special projects, creating and updating SOPs, and following up on founder-led priorities to drive measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and process-management skills, including the ability to design, document, and improve workflows and SOPs.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, basic data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder updates.
- High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in operations or consulting is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for project management, collaboration, and customer service.
- A genuine interest in the pet services sector and willingness to interact with pet parents and service partners.
- Compensation: INR 8-12 LPA per annum, based on experience.
