Role Description The Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office is a full-time remote role that provides high-level operational, administrative, and strategic support to the founder and core leadership team. This role manages the founder’s calendar, coordinates meetings across time zones, organizes travel, and prepares agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for internal and external conversations. The Executive Assistant tracks key projects, maintains action lists, and ensures timely execution by coordinating with product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling confidential information, drafting and editing emails and documents, creating concise summaries of meetings and research, and maintaining systems that improve workflow and communication. The role also supports special initiatives such as investor updates, hiring processes for critical roles, and preparation for events, demos, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong executive support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft clear emails, documents, and summaries, and interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including task tracking, prioritization, follow-through on action items, and support for cross-functional initiatives.
- Digital literacy and productivity skills, such as proficiency with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, project management platforms) and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize information, prepare briefings, and anticipate the founder’s needs.
- Prior experience supporting C-level or founder-level leaders, ideally in a startup, technology, or talent/hiring-related environment.
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and ownership mindset, with flexibility to work across time zones when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; experience in operations, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
