At AI Unika Technologies (Rasta.AI), you'll spend your year learning directly from the Founder, working on real business challenges, and understanding how an AI startup grows.
This isn't just a traineeship—it's a fast-track learning opportunity for someone who wants to become a future entrepreneur, business leader, consultant, or startup operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and day-to-day business activities.
- Conduct market, competitor, and business research.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents.
- Coordinate with Government departments, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Track projects, meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Support business development, operations, marketing, and special projects.
- Visit Government offices, client locations, project sites, exhibitions, and events whenever required.
- Assist in business planning, process improvements, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Who Should Apply?
- MBA, BBA, Engineering, or equivalent graduates.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with travelling and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
