Role Description This is a full-time, remote Founder's Office role that works directly with the founding team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and product research, synthesising insights, and preparing briefs to support key decisions related to AI defensibility and enterprise adoption. The role involves driving special projects across product, partnerships, and operations, such as planning experiments, tracking outcomes, and coordinating cross-functional execution. The individual will create clear documentation, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders, and help refine company narratives, investor materials, and customer-facing content. This position is ideal for someone comfortable with ambiguity, capable of structuring complex problems, and motivated to operate at the intersection of AI technology, business strategy, and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather data, evaluate AI and software market trends, and present concise recommendations.
- Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product management, or a similar role that requires problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to create clear written material such as strategy memos, reports, presentations, and product documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working with or around modern software and AI technologies; familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, or developer tooling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- High degree of ownership, adaptability, and organization, including skill in prioritizing tasks and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business, economics, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in early-stage startups, enterprise software, or AI-related products is highly beneficial.
