Founder-Led Growth Lead (Content & Social)
Glymph Technologies · Bramma · Madhapur, Hyderabad · On-site, 5 days a week · Full-time
The short version
We're building Bramma — an Ambient AI system that sits in your meeting room, remembers what was said, and turns spoken decisions into actionable intelligence. We're pre-seed funded, incubated at T-Hub, and building out of Hyderabad.
8 Months or relentless building in Silos. Almost nobody knows this yet. That's the job.
I'm hiring one person to build my founder brand and Bramma's brand from zero — publicly, daily, in my voice, alongside me. You'll sit next to me. We'll spend an hour together every single day. Everything I see, think, argue about, break and rebuild becomes raw material, and you turn it into a body of work that makes people trust us before we ever pitch them.
This is not a social media manager role. This is a storytelling role with a distribution obsession.
What you'll actually do
Own the founder channel. LinkedIn is home base. You'll ghostwrite, edit, structure and ship posts in my voice — several times a week, consistently, without me having to chase you. Within a month you should be able to write something I'd have written myself, only better.
Run multiple surfaces, not one. LinkedIn primary; X, Instagram and short-form video secondary. Each with its own register. You decide what lives where and why.
Be in the room. Standups, customer calls you're allowed into, hardware bring-up, factory visits, the 11pm arguments about a mic array. You capture it — notes, photos, phone video, voice memos — and turn it into content. The best material is never planned.
Engage, don't just publish. Comments, DMs, replies, founder communities, relevant threads. A large share of early credibility comes from showing up in other people's spaces with something worth saying. You'll build and work a list of people worth knowing.
Produce whatever the story needs. Short-form edits, carousels, simple motion graphics, thumbnails, screenshots that don't look like screenshots. You don't need to be a film-school editor, but you should be able to get something publishable out the door without waiting on a designer.
Learn the product properly. Not the pitch — the product. What edge inference means, why we don't send audio to the cloud, why consent is tied to a calendar invite, what a real ops head does after a meeting ends. Shallow content about deep products is obvious to everyone.
Measure and adjust. Followers are a vanity number on their own. I care about inbound conversations, pilot enquiries, candidate quality, and whether the right 500 people in Indian operations, manufacturing and technology know who we are. Bring me the read every week.
The first 90 days
- Day 30 — Voice guide written and agreed. A publishing cadence running without reminders. Both accounts posting consistently.
- Day 60 — At least one piece that travels well beyond our own network. A working engagement routine. Content repeatable without me in the loop for every post.
- Day 90 — Measurable inbound: people reaching out about pilots, partnerships or jobs because of something we published. A clear point of view that's ours and nobody else's.
Who this is for
- 2–5 years doing content, brand, journalism, community or founder ghostwriting — or no years and an undeniable body of work. Your portfolio decides this, not your CV.
- You write well. Actually well — clear, specific, no filler, no "in today's fast-paced world."
- You have taste and you'll defend it. I want arguments, not compliance.
- You're comfortable around technical subject matter and willing to become genuinely literate in AI and hardware.
- You can operate without a brief. I'll give you 30 minutes a day; the other seven are yours to run.
- Hyderabad-based, or moving here. In office, every day. This role does not work remotely — the whole point is proximity.
Who this isn't for
- If you need an approved calendar 30 days out before you can publish.
- If your plan is to schedule three posts a week and call it a strategy.
- If you've only ever done paid performance marketing.
- If being on camera, or putting a camera on other people, makes you shut down.
What you get
- One hour a day, every day, with the founding team.
- Full ownership of the brand from the first post onward. No layers, no committee, no brand police.
- A front-row seat to building an AI hardware company in India — the actual thing, not the LinkedIn version of it.
- Compensation: 6-12 LPA. We pay properly for the right person and we're flexible on structure.
