We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Food Technologist to join our team and contribute to food innovation, product development, and applied research within our incubation center.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute food product development and innovation projects.
- Develop, optimize, and validate new food products and formulations.
- Conduct trials, sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and product testing.
- Identify opportunities for improving product quality, functionality, cost, and scalability.
- Work on FMCG/food industry-oriented R&D projects from concept to pilot scale.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, specifications, and trial records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with researchers, food businesses, entrepreneurs, and cross-functional teams.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up of successful food innovations.
🎓 Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in food technology/R&D.
- Experience in the Food/FMCG sector is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of food processing, formulation, product development, and quality evaluation.
- Experience in handling laboratory/pilot-scale food processing and R&D activities.
