Job details:
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation projects, from technical design through go-live.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE technical solutions.
- Perform FLEXCUBE configuration, customization, development, and technical enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical components using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and Unix/Shell scripting.
- Develop and support integrations between FLEXCUBE and external/third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, queues, and other integration mechanisms.
- Work on FLEXCUBE interfaces, web services, gateway services, and external system integrations.
- Support data migration, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration between environments or FLEXCUBE versions.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
- Support environment setup, deployment, patching, release movement, and technical implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot application, database, interface, and integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform debugging and performance optimization of FLEXCUBE technical components.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders.
- Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, deployment documents, and implementation-related documentation.
- Provide go-live and post-production support and participate in L2/L3 technical issue resolution.
- Be willing to travel onsite based on project and client requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS implementation projects.
- Experience with FLEXCUBE versions 12.x and above, preferably 14.x.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Good working knowledge of Java/J2EE.
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP/XML, Web Services, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of FLEXCUBE technical architecture, data model, interfaces, and development/customization frameworks.
- Experience with data migration and deployment activities.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
