Role Description The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant employee and executive transportation services. This full-time hybrid role is based in Rajasthan/Gurugram (option to choose), with a combination of on-site coordination and some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include managing vehicle allocation and deployment, monitoring fleet performance and utilization, coordinating with drivers and vendors, and resolving operational issues in real time. The role also involves tracking service quality, enforcing safety and compliance standards, optimizing routes and shift schedules, and maintaining accurate operational reports and dashboards. The Fleet Operations Manager collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet service-level commitments, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to cost-effective and reliable mobility solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management for large-scale employee or corporate transportation services.
- Strong Operations Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and process optimization.
- Solid Supervisory Skills for leading driver teams, vendor partners, and operations staff with a focus on performance and safety.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or mobility services, preferably in corporate or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with fleet management software, routing tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and respond to time-sensitive operational issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support shift-based operations and service continuity.
