Hiring: Financial Reporting Associate
📍 Location: Mumbai
🕒 Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (until November) | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (December – April)
💼 Experience: 0–2 Years
🎓 Qualification: CA / ACCA (Qualified)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
- Preparation of Condensed Schedule of Investments (CSoI).
- Preparation of Statement of Cash Flows.
- Support interim and annual audits by providing required documentation and backup.
- Ensure timely delivery of financial statements to hedge fund clients.
- Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with global teams to meet client deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background:
- Qualified CA / ACCA.
- Experience in Auditing, Financial Reporting, Public Accounting, or Hedge Fund Administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of investment company financial statements is an advantage.
