Role Description The Financial Associate V role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru East. The individual in this role will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for client engagements and internal operations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial models, tracking budgets and forecasts, reconciling accounts, and generating accurate periodic reports for management and stakeholders. The role involves collaborating closely with project teams to analyze costs, monitor profitability, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant financial standards. This position also includes contributing to process improvements, assisting with internal controls, and supporting audits and risk assessments to maintain strong financial governance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to build and interpret financial models.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, account reconciliation, and financial reporting using spreadsheets and financial software tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in IT or technology services, ideally within banking, finance, or capital markets environments.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an on-site, collaborative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems, ERP tools, and MS Excel (including advanced functions) is highly desirable.
