Job Title : Finance Analyst
Location: India (Remote)

Job Summary
Univedge is seeking a Finance Analyst on a contractual basis to support financial planning, investment analysis, and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modeling skills and experience supporting equity fundraising, cash flow forecasting, and investor-related financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cash flow and financial models for business planning and investments.
- Support equity fundraising activities and investor financial analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and business insights.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for decision-making.
- Work closely with leadership on strategic finance initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.
- Knowledge of equity fundraising and investment analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Work Schedule
- Remote (India) – Night Sift
- Flexible working hours between 06:00 PM IST and 06:00 AM IST (US time), based on project and business requirements.
