Role Description The Finance Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The Finance Team Lead will guide and mentor team members, allocate tasks, and monitor day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include coordinating month-end and year-end closing activities, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management for decision-making. The role also involves implementing process improvements, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with other departments on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications - (Only BCom - CA Inter / Semi Qualified CA - CA Drop Outs ) **
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support decision-making, and drive financial performance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely disclosures.
- Candidates should possess solid Accounting knowledge to oversee daily transactions, reconciliations, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software and Excel, including spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities, with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Immediate Joiners ( Good to have End to End Bank -Recon, Salary & AP AR GL) MIS Reporting **
- Tally Version 9 / Prime / Zoho (ERP Hands On) with Leading team of 2-4 Members **
- Prior experience in leading a finance or accounting team, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment, is highly beneficial.
