Job Purpose Tariff Process Ownership & Collaboration
- Own the end-to-end tariffs and duties workflow, maintaining documentation and ensuring consistent execution.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, Global Trade, Procurement, and Subsea/Surface teams on tariff-related activities.
- Act as the primary U.S. owner for all tariffs & duties reporting across the organization.
Job Description
Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Prepare, update, and publish monthly Tariffs & Duties Reports for Subsea Projects, Subsea Services, and Surface.
- Produce mid-month updates using partial broker data.
- Prepare project-specific tariff breakdowns for various business units.
- Maintain, refresh, and enhance Power BI dashboards used for tariff reporting.
- Align dashboard totals with financial statements to ensure the data ties to what is booked in the P&L for Customs & Duties accounts.
- Ensure data models reflect the latest broker datasets and Snowflake tables
You are meant for this job if
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (required).
- 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, customs/tariff analysis, or import compliance (required).
- Experience with Subsea, Surface, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Experience working with broker data, trade compliance, or logistics systems (preferred).
- Experience with Power BI and Snowflake (preferred).
