Finance Manager – Finance & Controlling
Location: Miroli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 5–13 Years
CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA
Industry: Industrial / Hydraulics
Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager to manage Finance, Accounting and Controlling activities for an industrial/manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting, including GL, AP/AR, month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, banking and treasury activities.
- Monitor production costs, inventory, costing and financial controls.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Lead/improve finance processes and internal controls.
Key Requirements
- 5–13 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial companies.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP / SAP FICO.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation and accounting.
- Good command of Advanced Excel and MIS.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, costing and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Controlling, cash flow and working capital.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Candidates from Automotive, Engineering, Machinery, Hydraulics, Electrical/Electronics and other manufacturing industries preferred.
