Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Daily tasks include monitoring cash flows, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, analyzing financial data to support management decisions, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and the preparation of Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Reporting and the ability to interpret key financial metrics.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related statutory compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software including Tally Prime and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with integrity and a focus on ethical financial practices.
