Job Title: Finance Executive
Job Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1 - 3 yrs of relevant experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day payment processing for the company, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
- Assist with statutory compliances, filings, and maintenance of relevant financial records.
- Monitor and track Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Support vendor management activities, including vendor documentation, payment follow-ups, and Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Track and monitor business expenses, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and timely recording.
- Assist with payroll review and validation of payroll-related inputs.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, expenses, incentives, and other financial transactions.
- Work closely with HR, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to facilitate payments and track employee/vendor incentives.
- Identify discrepancies or pending items and follow up with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related role; freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, sharp, and detail-oriented individual with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
