Service Engineer – Medical Devices
Location: Mumbai, Nagpur, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur & Telangana Experience: 3+ Years CTC: ₹8–10 LPA Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical knowledge will be an added advantage)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Service Engineers to provide installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for medical devices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Cath Lab and X-Ray equipment and be capable of delivering excellent customer service while ensuring maximum equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities
•Installation, commissioning, and servicing of medical devices at customer sites.
•Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues both onsite and remotely.
•Provide timely technical support and resolution to customers.
•Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
•Coordinate with R&D, technical support, and internal teams for issue resolution.
•Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer requirements.
•Support customers across assigned territories and other regions as required.
•Maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical guidance on equipment usage.
Desired Candidate Profile
•Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing Cath Lab and X-Ray equipment.
•Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
•Good communication and customer-handling skills.
•Willingness to travel extensively and provide support during critical situations, including emergency service requirements.
•Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.
