Notice Period: 15 Days or Less 📆
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IFPDs, Sliding Frames (Shutters), Digital Podiums, Audio Podiums, and Digital Standees (Kiosks).
- Conduct testing, demonstrations, and basic user training at client sites.
- Provide on-site/remote technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of technical complaints.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in installation & servicing of IFPDs and AV/electronic products.
- Knowledge of Digital Podium assembly/production will be an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
