Role Description The Field Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves visiting customer locations to install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar systems and related equipment. The specialist will perform technical troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure optimal system performance. Daily activities include coordinating with the service team, documenting site visits, preparing service reports, and following safety and compliance standards. The role also requires clear communication with customers, offering guidance on system usage, and delivering professional, customer-focused support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of solar or electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose system issues and implement effective technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, or renewable energy engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and safety standards, along with the ability to read basic electrical diagrams, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in the field, travel to customer sites in and around South India and comply with all safety and quality procedures.
