🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and passionate Sales Trainer from the Automobile Industry who can effectively train, coach and develop both newly joined and existing sales team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Induction & Refresher Training for Relationship Managers, Senior Relationship Managers, ASMs and other front-end sales staff.
- Deliver comprehensive Product Knowledge Training for Maruti Suzuki models.
- Train and coach employees on Sales Techniques, Customer Handling, Soft Skills, Customer Delight and Professional Grooming.
- Ensure certification of eligible employees as per Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) norms and dealership requirements.
- Maintain proper training records, attendance and assessment reports.
- Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement through regular reviews.
- Stay updated with new vehicle launches, product features, competition models and industry trends.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Prepare engaging training presentations, training material, videos, activities and practical demonstrations.
✅ Required Skills & Profile
- Prior experience in the Automobile Sales / Training sector, preferably with an OEM or automobile dealership.
- Strong communication, presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive products, features, specifications and competitor models.
- Ability to motivate, coach and improve sales team performance.
- Knowledge of MSIL/OEM training and certification processes will be an added advantage.
💼 Experience
3–5 years of experience in Sales Training / Product Training / Automobile Sales.
🎓 Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Automobile / Technical background preferred
- OEM / MSIL Training Certification will be an added advantage
