Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar, responsible for driving adoption of Swasthify’s digital health solutions among clinics and hospitals. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and visiting potential healthcare facilities, presenting product demos, explaining key features and benefits, and building strong relationships with doctors and administrators. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, following up on opportunities, and supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to the platform. The Field Sales Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback, support implementation, and contribute to regional growth targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and support their needs.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, conduct effective pitches, and close opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, basic reporting, and coordination with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS solutions, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in on-site environments, travel within Bihar, and adapt to diverse clinical settings.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities; familiarity with local languages and the regional healthcare ecosystem is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
