Role: Field Sales Executive (B2C) – Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Candidate Preference: Male preferred. Female candidates may also be considered if willing to work full-time in the field.
*Candidate must have their own two-wheeler.
Job Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive (B2C) role based in Borivali. The role involves identifying and approaching potential B2C customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and managing daily field visits within assigned territories.
The Field Sales Executive will build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up on leads, close sales, and ensure timely order collection and payment. Responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records, gathering market feedback, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and deliveries, and representing JaCaCo’s brands professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in direct B2C field sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Experience of 0-2 years in customer relationship management, negotiation, B2C sales and objection handling.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and communicate value propositions clearly.
- Basic understanding of FMCG or food and personal care product markets is beneficial.
- Strong time management, territory planning, and record-keeping abilities.
- Comfortable working on-site, with frequent local travel in and around Borivali.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps or CRM tools for reporting and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in field sales, retail, or distribution roles will be considered a strong plus.
