Role Description This full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role is based in Ahmedabad. In this position, the team member will visit retail outlets and prospective clients to promote Soundsphere’s products, demonstrate product features, and build strong relationships with store staff and decision makers. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, tracking market trends, and providing regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and promotional activities, as well as handling basic post-sales support and issue resolution. The Field Sales Executive is expected to represent the brand professionally in the field and contribute to local market growth.
Qualifications
- Proven field sales or retail sales experience, preferably in consumer products or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with diverse customers and store personnel.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent local travel in Ahmedabad, and engaging customers face-to-face.
- Basic proficiency with sales reporting tools, spreadsheets, and mobile applications used for order tracking.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales targets and deadlines.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and local languages used in Ahmedabad; prior experience in the Ahmedabad market is an advantage.
