About the Role:
We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join the Paytm team in Karwar. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Paytm’s merchant base by onboarding retail shops and businesses with Paytm QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC/Card swipe machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new merchants, retail stores, and small businesses for Paytm payment solutions (QR Code, Soundbox, POS machine).
Visit local markets and commercial areas in Karwar to generate leads and build relationships with shopkeepers.
Explain the benefits, features, and pricing of Paytm merchant products.
Provide after-sales support, resolve merchant queries, and ensure active usage of installed devices.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: PUC / 10+2 / Any Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: 0–2 years in Field Sales, FMCG, Telecom, or Merchant Acquisition (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Languages: Good communication skills in Kannada and Hindi/English.
Travel: Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and an Android smartphone.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
