Brief Job Description:
● Visit all retailers and wholesalers in the assigned beat as per the daily route plan
● Promote and sell company products through effective product demonstration and usage explanation
● Generate orders from retailers and wholesalers and ensure regular order flow
● Collect payments as per company policy and follow up on outstanding dues
● Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
● Address and resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, pricing, or schemes
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
● Ensure proper visibility of products at retail counters where applicable
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the sales manager
● Maintain accurate daily sales reports, payment records, and customer data
Skills and Requirements:
➢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
➢ Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
➢ Prior experience in field sales is mandatory(FMCG / Consumer Goods)
➢ Knowledge of reporting through an application
➢ Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Languages: Gujarati and Hindi
Working Days and Time: Monday - Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
