Field Sales Executive / Sales Executive
Job Description
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and local market activities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property investment requirements.
- Explain USM Infra projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, amenities, approvals, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
- Accompany customers to project sites and provide professional project presentations.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into property bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new customer segments and potential business opportunities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional campaigns, customer meetings, and sales events.
- Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing, CRM, and management teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, offers, payment plans, and ongoing developments.
- Ensure transparent and ethical communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Travel to project locations as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 0–5 years in real estate, field sales, direct sales, banking, insurance, automobile, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling to project locations.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
