About us
Indian Barcode House manufactures barcode labels, ribbons, and printers for manufacturing and industrial clients. We've worked with Jaquar for over 6 years, and are now expanding into new sectors across Delhi NCR. We run our own 12,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Sonipat.
About the role
Ever wanted a sales role where you're actually out there — walking into factories, meeting decision-makers face-to-face, and watching your own pipeline grow with every visit? This is that role. You'll be on the ground across Delhi NCR's industrial belts, building real relationships that turn into real business — not stuck behind a screen chasing leads that never pick up.
What you'll do
- Visit industrial clusters (Bhiwadi, Manesar, Sonipat, Rewari, and others) to identify customers who could use our products
- Walk into factories and offices directly — introduce IBH, meet purchase/production teams, carry samples
- Build relationships on the ground through face-to-face conversations
- Follow up in person and close deals through repeat visits
- Represent IBH at client sites with samples, catalogues, and pricing
- Report back on visits, prospects, and pipeline progress to the founders
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of field sales experience — comfortable traveling daily and walking into new companies with confidence
- Persistent, people-first, and genuinely enjoys being out and meeting new people
- Owns a two-wheeler/vehicle (mandatory)
- Good spoken Hindi and working English
- Self-motivated — able to plan your own daily visits and work independently
