🚨 WE ARE HIRING – FIELD SALES OFFICER (B2B)
🌿 Maduras Herbals Private Limited is looking for a proactive, target-oriented and relationship-focused Field Sales Officer to join our growing team.
📍 Territory: Tamil Nadu – Field Sales
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹30,000/month + Field & Travel Allowances
🏢 Work Location: In Person
🔎 About the Role
This is a field-based B2B sales position focused on developing new business relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing customers across Tamil Nadu.
You will be responsible for meeting customers directly, identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, following up on enquiries and converting prospects into long-term customers.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Travel across assigned areas in Tamil Nadu and meet customers directly
• Identify and approach new B2B companies and potential customers
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into active customers
• Introduce Maduras Herbals, our products, pricing and supply capabilities
• Build relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing customers
• Identify opportunities for repeat and bulk orders
• Follow up on quotations, samples, enquiries and pending orders
• Collect market information and competitor insights
• Maintain customer visit, lead and follow-up records
• Submit regular field visit and sales reports
• Work toward monthly targets for visits, leads, new customers and sales
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔ 2–3 years of B2B field sales experience preferred
✔ Comfortable with regular travel across Tamil Nadu
✔ Strong face-to-face communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Confident approaching business owners, purchase teams and decision-makers
✔ Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills
✔ Target-oriented and disciplined
✔ Good communication skills in Tamil & English
✔ Ability to independently identify and approach new companies
