Role Description
The Field Operations & Language Documentation Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in HYDERABAD. This role involves coordinating and executing field operations, including visiting healthcare settings, engaging with patients and professionals, and collecting user-generated inputs in a structured manner. The associate will document language and real-world expressions used by patients, ensure accurate transcription and categorization, and support the training and refinement of AI models. Day-to-day tasks include planning and tracking field activities, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, and preparing reports that help improve platform performance and data quality. The role requires close collaboration with product, data, and clinical teams to ensure that field insights are accurately captured and translated into actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Field Operations and Operations Management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute on-site activities efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to interpret data from the field and resolve operational challenges.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Telugu language profiency is a must.
- Experience in healthcare, public health, or technology-driven fieldwork is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and engaging with diverse groups in clinical or community settings.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with basic data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation platforms) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Linguistics, Operations, or a related discipline is an advantage.
