Navya Life Plus Hospital is looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team.
📍 Location: Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh
💼 Position: Field Marketing Executive
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives
🎓 Experience: 0–2 Years
🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote OPD, IPD, Teleconsultation, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and other healthcare services
• Generate patient leads and increase OPD & IPD patient footfall
• Promote specialist doctor OPDs and Teleconsultation services
• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies and referral partners
• Conduct field visits, health camps and community outreach activities
• Generate and follow up on leads to drive patient conversions
• Develop corporate, institutional and local community tie-ups
• Maintain daily field activity, lead and conversion reports
• Achieve assigned monthly patient acquisition and business targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Excellent communication & convincing skills
✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
✔️ Good knowledge of the Hardoi local market
✔️ Comfortable with field work and daily travel
✔️ Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
✔️ Healthcare/Pharma/Hospital/Field Sales experience will be an added advantage
