TextilesBazaar.com is a technology-enabled B2B e-commerce platform for the textile and fabric industry, connecting textile suppliers, manufacturers, traders, and buyers through a digital marketplace.
We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Fresher who wants to build a career in B2B Sales, Field Marketing, E-commerce & Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular market visits to textile markets and businesses.
• Identify and approach potential fabric suppliers and buyers.
• Onboard new suppliers on TextilesBazaar.com.
• Onboard and develop relationships with buyers/customers.
• Explain the platform, products and benefits to suppliers and customers.
• Assist suppliers in listing their products and maintaining their catalogues.
• Generate business opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to facilitate transactions through the platform.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and pending transactions.
• Maintain regular communication with onboarded suppliers and customers.
• Achieve monthly targets for supplier onboarding, customer acquisition and transactions.
• Share market feedback, competitor information and customer requirements with the management team.
Who We're Looking For
• MBA Fresher – preferably Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn about the textile industry and B2B e-commerce.
• Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and digital platforms.
What You Will Learn
This role will provide hands-on exposure to:
B2B Sales → Field Marketing → Customer Acquisition → Supplier Onboarding → E-commerce → Negotiation → Business Development → Transaction Conversion
You will work directly with the team to help build and expand a technology-driven platform for India's textile industry.
