We are looking for
Field Collection Officers / Senior FCOs to manage delinquent and pre-delinquent accounts through customer visits, negotiation, and recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers regarding overdue payments
- Negotiate and obtain Promise-to-Pay commitments
- Understand customer concerns and reasons for default
- Maintain accurate field visit and recovery records in CRM
- Achieve assigned recovery and productivity targets
- Follow quality, compliance, and collection guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Field Collections, Debt Recovery, Loan/EMI Collections, or Tele-Collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and customer interactions
- Target-oriented and performance-driven
- DRA certification is compulsory
