About the Role
Alpha Healing Center is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Business Development Executive to expand our professional referral network across Delhi NCR and Punjab.
The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through field visits, building relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and developing referral opportunities for the center.
Conduct regular field visits and meetings with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
Generate qualified leads and referrals for Alpha Healing Center.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.
Explain Alpha Healing Center's treatment programs, facilities and services to potential referral sources.
Identify new opportunities for business development within the assigned territory.
Follow up consistently with doctors and prospective leads.
Maintain daily records of field visits, meetings, leads and conversions.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
Coordinate with the internal admissions and marketing team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
Be willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and Punjab.
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Healthcare, Marketing, Sales, Psychology or Business Development will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and persuasion skills.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, hospital business development, medical representative roles or referral marketing will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively for field work.
