Role Purpose
To provide scientific leadership and application support for Flow Cytometry and Advanced Cellular Analysis technologies while driving customer success across the product lifecycle. The role will serve as the technical expert for customers, supporting instrument demonstrations, workflow optimization, training, and scientific consultations while expanding expertise into proteomics and cell-based assay platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support to customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
• Conduct instrument demonstrations, product evaluations, proof-of-concept studies, and customer training programs.
• Support instrument installations, method development, assay optimization, and workflow implementation.
• Troubleshoot scientific and technical issues related to flow cytometry, cellular analysis, and associated workflows.
• Deliver scientific presentations, seminars, workshops, and customer education programs.
• Support the adoption and growth of proteomics and cell-based assay technologies within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers, clinicians, and institutional stakeholders.
• Gather customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive information to support business strategy and product positioning.
• Participate in scientific conferences, workshops, and industry events to promote technology awareness and customer engagement.
• Prepare technical reports, training documentation, and customer support records as required.

• Strong expertise in Flow Cytometry principles, applications, and data interpretation.

Good-to-Have Competencies
• Experience with advanced cellular analysis platforms and multiparametric flow cytometry.
• Exposure to proteomics, single-cell analysis, or cell-based assay technologies.
• Experience supporting academic institutions, hospitals, biopharmaceutical companies, and research laboratories.
• Knowledge of translational research, immunology, oncology, or cell therapy applications.
• Experience conducting workshops, scientific training programs, and KOL engagement activities.
Education & Experience
- Essential: PhD in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Hands-on expertise in Flow Cytometry and Cellular Analysis technologies.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in application support, scientific affairs, research, or customer-facing roles within the life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or research instrumentation industry.
