This is a unique opportunity to join a sophisticated wellness destination dedicated to delivering exceptional luxury experiences in a refined and elegant environment. We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-driven Hairdresser who is passionate about healthy hair, personalized care, and creating beautiful styling experiences for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair washing, blow-drying, styling, and finishing services.
- Perform luxury hair and scalp treatments in line with the wellness concept.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable hair care routines and products.
- Create polished styles for everyday wear and special occasions while maintaining the natural health of the hair.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation.
- Build strong relationships with members by delivering exceptional, consistent service.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in healthy hair care, styling techniques, and luxury guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hairdresser.
- Previous experience with a luxury hospitality brand, luxury wellness destination, or a premium high-end salon is essential.
- Strong expertise in hair treatments, blow-drying, styling, and healthy hair care.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive and welcoming personality.
- Experience serving VIP or discerning clientele will be a distinct advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Dubai for this opportunity.
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering memorable member experiences.
