Job Description
Mantra IXE Fashion is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Fashion Sales & Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Mangalore.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion and styling, and the ability to build relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist showroom customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable outfits, styles, colours and accessories based on the customer's occasion and budget.
- Handle men's wedding, festive and celebration-wear customers.
- Convert walk-ins and enquiries into sales.
- Handle WhatsApp, phone and social-media enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Maintain customer leads and follow-up records.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories.
- Support wedding customers with outfit coordination and styling.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer experience before, during and after the sale.
- Build relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with designers, tailoring and operations teams for custom orders and timely delivery.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain showroom presentation.

- Interest in fashion, styling and men's celebration wear.
- Retail, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or premium retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp communication and customer follow-ups.
- Freshers with excellent communication, confidence and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
