Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Fashion Production & Client Management. The role involves coordinating end-to-end production of custom garments, including measurements, fabric selection, style detailing, and quality checks to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The individual will manage client consultations, understand style requirements, provide styling recommendations, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the order lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include liaising with tailoring and production teams, tracking orders, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent adherence to brand quality standards. The role also includes maintaining client records, supporting store operations, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in fashion production, garment construction, or tailoring coordination, with an understanding of fabrics, fits, and finishing.
- Strong client management, customer service, and interpersonal skills to handle consultations and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, track timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Attention to detail in measurements, specifications, and quality control, with a focus on personalized, high-end menswear.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain styling options clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with basic digital tools or POS/CRM systems for managing client data and production workflows.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, bespoke menswear, or luxury apparel is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Apparel Production, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
