Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Model role based in Mumbai. The Fashion Model will participate in runway shows, fashion presentations, photo shoots, and promotional events for fashion, commercial, and digital campaigns. Responsibilities include attending fittings and rehearsals, following creative direction from photographers, stylists, and art directors, and maintaining a professional appearance that aligns with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with clients in the aviation and hospitality sectors, representing their brands with confidence, and supporting marketing and promotional initiatives. The Fashion Model is expected to adhere to schedules, respond promptly to agency communication, and uphold professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, creative teams, and other talent
- Customer Service and Sales orientation to represent brands positively during events, campaigns, and client interactions
- Experience with Photo Shoots and familiarity with basic Photography concepts to work efficiently on set and adapt to different styles
- Ability to follow creative direction, pose confidently, and adapt to fashion, runway, commercial, and digital modelling requirements
- Professional grooming, personal style, and physical fitness appropriate for high-visibility modelling assignments
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working on-site across various venues in Mumbai and occasionally traveling for assignments
- Prior modelling experience or a strong portfolio is preferred, but promising new talent with potential will be considered
