At Mexico Jeans, we've spent over 25 years building a strong foundation in apparel manufacturing, with expertise in premium denim and casual wear. As we continue to expand our product portfolio and strengthen our presence in the Indian fashion market, we're seeking a passionate and creative Menswear Fashion Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in designing and developing our collections across shirts, T-shirts, trousers, cargos, and denim.

Key Responsibilities
- Research global and domestic fashion trends, consumer preferences, fabrics, colours, washes, and silhouettes.
- Develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision and market demand.
- Create concept boards, mood boards, colour palettes, sketches, and detailed tech packs.
- Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, sampling, and production teams throughout the product development process.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, embroideries, washes, and other garment details.
- Review samples, conduct fit sessions, provide technical comments, and ensure the final product meets design and quality expectations.
- Stay updated with competitor analysis and emerging fashion trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to every collection.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in menswear or apparel design.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fits, fabrics, textile development, and product development.
- Experience in creating technical drawings, tech packs, and specification sheets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
