We're hiring at O'Soul.
A little about us first.
O'Soul is an Indian bottomwear brand built from scratch. We measured 100 real Indian bodies before designing a single piece. We lab-tested 47 fabrics before choosing one. We obsess over fit, comfort, and everything in between.
We're not a big brand. We're a young brand building something real. And we need the right people to build it with us.
We're looking for a Fashion Designer who gets India.
Not just someone who can design. Someone who understands what Indian people actually want to wear. What they're buying. What they're moving towards. What's missing in the market right now.
Someone who can look at the Indian bottomwear space and see the gaps before anyone else does.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing bottomwear built specifically for Indian bodies and Indian preferences
- Researching Indian market trends - what's selling, what's emerging, what's missing
- Bringing unique design sensibility to every piece (not copying what already exists)
- Working closely with the founder to develop new collections
- Understanding fabric, fit, and function - not just aesthetics
What we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of the Indian fashion market
- Experience or deep interest in bottomwear/athleisure design
- Ability to research and translate trends into actual product
- Unique design perspective - we don't want generic, we want original
- Someone who cares about the product as much as we do
