Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Delhi, India. The Fashion Consultant will guide clients in selecting garments and accessories that align with their personal style, body type, and occasion. Daily responsibilities include providing styling advice, explaining product features and design details, coordinating fittings, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting sales through informed recommendations, and fostering lasting client relationships. The Fashion Consultant will collaborate closely with the design and retail teams to communicate brand aesthetics and gather client feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of womenswear design, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
- Demonstrated Fashion Consulting experience with an ability to offer personalized styling and wardrobe solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, presentation, and clear, respectful client interactions.
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming client experience.
- Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting individual and store targets in a retail environment.
- Prior experience in luxury or designer fashion retail is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage a dynamic showroom environment, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory handling, and POS systems is an advantage.
- Formal education in Fashion, Design, Styling, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
