Role Description The Fashion Consultant will work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area in a full-time capacity, advising customers on clothing, accessories, and styling choices that align with their preferences, body type, and occasion. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging clients, understanding their style needs, recommending suitable products, and providing personalized wardrobe suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product and fashion trend knowledge, coordinating outfits on the sales floor, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The Fashion Consultant will also assist with visual merchandising, ensure the store displays reflect current trends, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge skills to deliver informed, trend-aware styling advice.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to support revenue goals while maintaining ethical and customer-centric practices.
- Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of current fashion trends, fabrics, and fits, and the ability to create cohesive looks.
- Candidates should have prior experience in retail, fashion, or styling; a diploma or degree in fashion, design, or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, collaborating with diverse teams, and standing for extended periods during shifts.
