Export Sales & Buyer Coordination Executive
Salary - 25-30k Per Month (Depending upon education and work-ex we can discuss final).

Khatritex is looking for an organized, proactive and communication-focused Export Sales & Buyer Coordination Executive to manage communication with international buyers and coordinate with our internal production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day email communication with international buyers and respond to their queries.
- Coordinate internally to provide buyers with accurate information regarding products, samples, orders, pricing and production.
- Regularly check production status and keep buyers updated on order progress and expected completion dates.
- Follow up with new contacts and potential buyers met at exhibitions.
- Reconnect with old and existing buyers to explore new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples and pending orders.
- Coordinate between buyers, production and management to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain records of buyers, inquiries, orders, follow-ups and production status using Excel.
- Prepare basic reports and handle routine documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and make sure important buyer requests or pending issues do not get missed.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong email writing and professional communication skills.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good organizational, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international buyers.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Previous experience in export sales, merchandising, buyer coordination or international customer service will be an advantage.
- Experience in textiles, home furnishings or manufacturing exports is preferred.
