Job Summary
We are looking for an Export Logistics Executive to support end-to-end export logistics operations by coordinating export shipments, preparing export documentation, managing freight and customs coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of international consignments. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), and customers to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Book export, domestic, and sample orders in the ERP system.
- Prepare export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COA, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, and other shipment-related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for freight quotations, shipment bookings, and transportation planning.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) to facilitate customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Verify shipping documents, including Air Way Bills (AWB), shipping instructions, and freight documents.
- Track export shipments from dispatch until delivery and provide shipment status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Verify freight and logistics invoices before submission to the Finance team.
- Maintain accurate export records and support continuous improvement in export logistics processes.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- BBA (Logistics) is preferred.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Export Logistics, Export Operations, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Good verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of export logistics, shipping processes, and export documentation.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn international logistics and export procedures.
