Graphic Designer
Position: Sr. Associate Graphic Designer
Experience required: 2–5 years
CTC: ` 6 – 7 LPA
Location: Pune, Koregaon Park
Education: Post Graduate or Gradute in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Applied Arts or related field or has demonstrable experience in related field
Areas of expertise: Branding, Packaging, Digital Marketing

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who can think independently, execute confidently, and collaborate seamlessly. Someone who understands design not just as aesthetics, but as a strategic tool.
What the Role Requires:- Lead design execution across branding, packaging, and communication projects
- Translate briefs and strategies into strong visual concepts
- Develop branding and packaging systems, Marketing campaigns, and brand assets
- Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and account managers
- Present design ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines
- Guide junior designers when required
- Coordinate with vendors and printers for production-ready output
Skill Sets Required:- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of branding systems and packaging design
- Experience handling real-world client projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of print processes and production constraints
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Confidence in presenting and articulating design decisions
