Alcomex Springs India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated EXIM Executive to join our Commercial – SCM team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export-import operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation and operations.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs, transporters, and internal teams.
- Handle shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
- Manage EOU compliance, statutory documentation, bonded inventory, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle Duty Drawback claims, export incentives, and GST-related documentation, including ITC refunds and e-way bills.
- Track shipments, coordinate container planning, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate import-export records.
- Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and applicable foreign trade regulations.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in EXIM operations, logistics, or international trade.
- Knowledge of EOU/SEZ operations and compliance will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Strong planning, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
