Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; 10+ years progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial systems or enterprise applications; demonstrated leadership managing professional employees or large functional support teams; knowledge of financial business processes and enterprise financial systems; experience supporting business-critical financial applications; understanding of internal controls, financial systems governance, and Sarbanes-Oxley; project, program, and change-management capabilities; ability to work across Finance and IT; strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage vendors, consultants, and external service providers; commitment to high standards of integrity, quality, accountability, and customer service.
