Role Description The Executives / Analysts role is a full-time, on-site position based in Belāpur, Navi Mumbai. In this role, team members support client engagements by performing detailed concurrent audit of Bank's processes, preparing working papers, and assisting in the documentation of findings and recommendations. Responsibilities may include participating in assurance and audit procedures, supporting audit of compliance activities, etc. Executives / Analysts help checking the transactions, prepare query sheets, reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information. The role also involves collaborating with senior professionals, following firm methodologies and regulatory standards, and contributing to continuous process improvement. Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to do vouching, verification, and analysis.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be an added advantage;
- Knowledge of Banking products, KYC, Loans audit procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or pursuing CA/CS/CMA these credentials will be an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in Bank or related areas will be considered beneficial but is not mandatory.
